ORDINANCE NO. 11~q
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG WELLER LANE SOUTH OF CENTRAL ROAD
ON SCHOOL DAYS
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, believes
it to be the best interest of the Village of Mount Prospect that parking be pro-
hibited along both the east and west side of Weller Lane from Central Road south
to the public sidewalk (located 600 feet south of Busse Avenue) on days that
Wea~QPk~ School is in session between the hours of eight (8) ,0' clock A. M. to
four (4) ,O'clock p, M.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.513 of the Municipal
Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto the following:
"Along both the East and w~ curbs of Weller Lane
from Central Road south to the public sidewalk,
(located 600 feet south of Busse Avenue) on days
that Westgate School is in sessi,On between the hours
of eight (8) o'clock A. M. to four (4) o'clock P. M."
SECTION TWO:That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect fr,Om and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
