PLAN OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED i3Y THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:

SECTION ONE: Section 8 of Article II of the Village Plan
of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended with reference
to sidewalks, so that the said Section 8 with reference to sidewalks,
shall hereafter be and read as follows:
Section 8 - Additional Improvements Required For Subdivisions
Lying within Village Limits. - Sidewalks - Amended.
Sidewalks ~ust be provided throughout the entire
subdivision. Said sidewalks must be constructed of
"one course" concrete, not less than five (5)
feet wide and not less than five (5) inches in
thickness, except at driveways where thickness
shall be not less than six (6) inches, consisting
of a five-and one-half (5 1/2) bag mixture.
SECTION TWO: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner provided by law.
