ORDINANCE NO. 1164
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.104 OF
THE MOUNT PROSPECT MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PFESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES or THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT9 ILLINOIS;
SECTION ONE: Section 4.104 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended, so that the said
Section 4.104 shall thereafter be and read as follows:
Section 4.104 Bonds and Compensation. The Village
Manager shall furnish a public employee's fidelity
and performance surety bond in the amount of
$10090009 to be approved by the Village Board, said
bond to be conditioned on the faithful performance
of his duties. The premium of the bond shall be
paid by the Village
The Village Manager shall receive such compensation
as the Village Board shall fix from time to time by
ordinance or resolution.
SECTION TWO: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances9 in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by
law.
