ORDDJANCE NO. 1165
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18 OF CHAPTER III
OF THE If>UNT PROSPECT BUILDING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF mUNT PROSP..:;CT, ILLJNOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 18 of Chapter III of the Mount Prospect
Building Code is hereby amended by adding thereto an entirely new
paragraph, captioned as 18a, which shall hereafter be and read as
follows:
Section 18a. Applicant shall cause permit to be
issued within 30 days after notice of application
approval by the Superintendent of Building. Fail-
ure of applicant to obtain said permit within 30
days after notice of approval will cause application
to be voided.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full for:e and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner prescribed by law.
