AN ORDnrJL~CE AMENDJNG MAP 21S AND }lIAP 22S OF THE
~[)UNT PROSPECT ZONJNG ORDINANCE
vJHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Pro spect
held a public hearing on Februa~ 8, 1966, at 8:00 P.M. at the Village
Hall of the Village of Mount Prospect pursuant to legal notice
published Februa~ 3, 1966; and,
WHEREAS, the Plan Corr~ssion determined at said hearing that
the hereinafter described property should be reclassified from its
current R-4 (Residential Planned Development) to R-A (Single Family
Residence); and,
vlliEREAS, said recommendation of the Plan Commission was for-
vJarded to the Judicia~ Conrrnittee of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, and,
HHEREAS, said Judiciary Committee on July 1, 1966 did meet
and recommend concurrence by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
r10unt Prospect with the Plan Commission.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT .AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF lvDUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Map 21S and Nap 22S of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, be, and is hereby further
amended by reclassifying from the R-4 (Residential Planned Development)
District to the R-A (Single Family) District the following described
property:
The Northerly 380 feet, as measured at right angles to
the Northerly line thereof, of that part of Lot 5 in
the Division of the Louis F. Busse Farm, being the
Northeast quarter, except the West 686.40 feet of the
Northwest quarter of said Northe~st quarter, of Section 15,
Towmship 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian and except roads lying East of the West line of
the East 1833.60 feet, measured on the North line thereof,
of said Section 15.
SECTION TIIO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.
