ORDINANCE NO. 1169
AN ORDINANCE Al'1ENDING HAP 22S OF THE MOUNT
PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect
held a publi c hearing on February 8, 1966, at 8: 00 P .,M. at the
Village Hall of the Village of Mount Prospect pursuant to legal
notice published February 3, 1966; and,
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission determined at said hearing that
the hereinafter described property Should be reclassified from its
current R-4 (Residential Planned Development) to R-A (Single
Family Residence); and,
vlliEREAS, said recommendation of the Plan Commission was
forwarded to the Judiciary Committee of the Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect; and,
WHEREAS, said Judiciary Committee on July 1, 1966 did meet
and recommend concurrence by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect with the Plan Commission.
BE IT ORDAIN".GD BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUST~ES OF
THE VTIJ:.AGE OF IDUNT PROSPECT, IILINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Map 22S of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and it is hereby further
amended by reclassifYing from the R-4 (Residential Planned Develop""
ment) District to the R-A (Single Family)District the follov:ing
described property:
Lot 3 (except the North 665.70 feet thereof) in the
Division of the Louis F. Busse Farm, being the ::orth-
east quarter, except the West 686.40 feet of the
Northwest quarter of said Northeast quarter, of
Section 15, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the
Third Principal Meridian and except roads.
SECTION T1.rJO: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
the manner provided by law.
