ORDINANCL NO. 1175
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING DURING SNOW REHOVAL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESI DENT AN D BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF HOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Article V of Chapter 18 of the Hunicipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto a new Section 18.520, and said new Section 18.520 to be and
read as follows:
Section 18.520. No Parking During Snow Removal.
It shall be unlawful to park, or have parked, any
vehicle on any unplowed public street within 24
hours after a snowfall of two inches or more has
occurred.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.
