ORDINANCE NO. 1179
MJ ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW CLASS OF LIQUOR
LICENSE - LIMITED LATE HOUR LICENSE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.106 of the !1unicipal Code of
the Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following:
Class "G" license, which shall authorize the
licensee to sell and offer for sale at retail
in the premises specified in such license
alcoholic liquor only for consumption on the
said premises at all times except during the
following hours; 4:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. on
Monday through Friday; 5:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.
on Saturday; and 5:00 A.M. to Twelve Noon on
Sunday. Said Class "G" license shall cease to
exist and be terminated on April 30, 1968, by
operation of law. The annual fee for said late
hour license shall be Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00).
SECTION TWO: That Section 13.107 of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Hount Prospect shall be amended by adding
a new paragraph (e) after paragraph (d) so that said new paragraph
(e) shall be and read as follows:
(e) One (1) Class "G" license.
SECTION THREE: That Section 13.115 of the Municipa4 Code of
the Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding a new paragraph (a) and said new paragraph (a) to be and
read as follows:
(a) That the provisions for closing hours in Section
13.115 herein do not pertain to the Class "G" license.
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall be in full force and effec t
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
