ORDINANCE NO. 1181
AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE NUMBER OF
CLASS A LIQUOR LICENSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.107 (a) of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect of 1957, is hereby amended by deleting from said sub-
paragraph (a) the word "two (2)" and inserting in its place the word
"three (3)" so that the said Section 13.107 (a) shall be and read as
follows:
(a) Three (3) Class A licenses.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner prescribed
by law.
