ORDINANCE NO. 1184
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.204 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS - BARBER SHOP
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 15.204 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto a new subparagraph (a) to the said Section 15.204 which new
subparagraph (a) of Section 15.204 shall be and read as follows:
Section 15.204 (a): Each oper2tor and employee of a
barber shop must have a chest X-ray ye2rly with proof
made available to the Health Inspector upon reasonable
request. Said X-ray must indicate freedom from
communicable disease in the chest area.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shell be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner prescribed by law.
