AN ORDINANCE ESTP,BLISHING PERIllTTED TREES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT ORMINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BO/RD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ~10UNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 9.501 of th~ HunicipC'l Code of l10unt
Prospect, 28 -'I'1(.~nded, be and is hereby further amended by addinp thereto
a new subparap:raph (a) and sa.id ne\-! subparaL'raph (a) of Section 9.501 to
be and read as follows:
(a) All trees planted in any public street or parkway or
other public place shall be one of the followinp species,
