STATE OF ILLINOIS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD or TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ~DUNT PROSFECI', COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SEGI'ION ONE: That there shall be a regular election of officers in the Village on the 18th day of April, 1967. SECTION 'lWO: At such election there shall be elected the following officers: Three (3) Village Trustees - four year term Two (2) Library Directors - six year term One (1) Library Director - two year tenn SECI'ION THP.EE: At least fifteen (15) but not m::>re than thirty (30) days before the elction, the Clerk shall cause to be publiShed in the Mount Prospect Herald, and the Mount Prospect Day, newspapers published in the Village of lV10unt Prospect, a Notice of Election which shall be sub- stantially as follows: NOTICE OF ELECTION On the 18th day of April, 1967, there will be a regular election in the Village of Mount Prospect to elect: Three (3) Village Trustees - (four year tenn) Two (2) Library Directors - (six year tenn) One (1) Library Director - (two year terrri) That the precincts and polling places for such election shall be: PREeINGI' 1: Polling Place: Village Hall 112 E. Northwest Highway Mount Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of Mount Prospect south of Central Road, west of Mount Prospect Road am north of Northwest Highv-TaY. PREeINGI' 2: Polling Place: Lions Park School 300 East Council Trail Mount Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of Mount Prospect south of North~Test Highway, west of the eastern boundary of the Village, north of Weller Creek, and east of Emerson Street and that portion of ~1ount Prospect lying west of EInerson, north of Heller Creek, east of 83, and south of Lincoln Street. # PRECINCT 3: Polling Place: Sunset Park .school 601 West Lonnquist Blvd. Mount Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of Mount Prospect west of the Eastern Boundary of the Village, south of Heller Creek and north of Golf Road, east of Elmhurst Avenue, and that portion of r.1ount Prospect lying west of Elmhurst Avenue, south of Lonnquist Boulevard, east of WeGo Trail and bounded on the south by Golf Road and the immediate Village limits. PRECINCT II: Polling Place: Forest View School 1901 Estates Drive ~ount Prospect, Illinois Vvhich includes that part of ~1ount Prospect west of Busse Road, south of Lincoln Street and north of Golf road, bounded on the west by the Village limits, and all that part of Mount Prospect lying east of Busse Road, south of Lonnquist BoulevDrd, vlest of 'vleGo Trail, and north of Golf Road, boundC'd. on the west by the Village limits. PRECINCT 5: Pollir,g Place: r'1ount Prospect Country Club West Shabonee Trail ~bunt Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of rilount Prospect lying south of Lincoln Street, west of Highway 83, north of Lonnquist Boulevard and east of BUSSE Road. PRECINCT 6: Polling Place: vk;stbrook School 105 South Busse Road Hount Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of Mount Prospect lying south of Central Road, "..est of WeGo Trail, north of Lincoln Street and east of j"1eier Road. PRECINCT 7: Polling Place: Lincoln School 700 West Lincoln Street MOill1t Prospect, Illll10is which includes that part of riount Prospect lying south of Central Road and Prospect Avenue, west of E1nerson Street, north of Lincoln Street, east of WeGo Trail. PRECINCT 8: Polling Place: Friedrichs Funeral Home 3 North Ridge Street Mount Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of r.1oun:t Prospect lying south of Northwest Highway and Isabella Street, vlest of Pine Street, north of Central Road and east of Arthur Avenue. PRECINCT 9: Polling Place: Gregory School 400 East Gregory StrLet ~bunt Prospect, Illinois vlhich includes that part of l\1ount Prospect lying north of Central Road, east of Pine Street, south of Kensll1gton Road, lYlDg west of Rand Road and that portion of the Village of Mount Prospect lying east of Rand Road, south of Gregory Street and north of Central Road, bounded on the east by the Village lfu1its, PRECINCT 10: Polling Place: Fairview School Fairview and Gregory Streets flount Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of ~1ount Prospect lying south of Kensington Road, \iJest of Pine Street, north of Isabella Street, and bounded on the west by the Village limits. , r . PRECINCT 11: Polling Place: Euclid Avenue School 1211 vmeelll1g Road r.1ount Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of f',Tount Prospect lying north of Kensington Road and bounded by the Village l:imi ts of Hount Prospect on the east, north and west, and that portion of f'1ount Prospect lying south of Kensington Road, east of Rand Road, north of Gregory Street, and bounded on the east by the Village limits. PRECINCT 12: Polling Place: Robert Frost School 1308 Cypress Drive Mount Prospect, Illinois which includes that part of Mount Prospect lying south of Golf Road and Hest of LinnE-man Road, bow1ded on the west and south of the Village llmits and those portions of the Village of I\1ount Prospect lying east of Linneman Road and south of Church Road. SECTION FDUR: The precincts or voting districts for such election and the.; polling places shall be those designated in the preceding Section. SECTION FIVE: The judges of election shall be those as shall be hereafter designated by the President and Board of Trustees to serve as election officials. SEC'l'ION SIX: The ballot to be used at such election shall be in the form prescribed by statute and it shall be the duty of the Village Clerk to see to the preparation of the official ballots for the election, and to cause a sample of such ballot to be published prior to the day of election in a newspaper of general circulation published in the Village, and to provide the n8cessary election supplies for each voting district or precinct. SECTION SEVEN: Said election and all matters pertaining thereto shall be conducted in the manner prescribed by statute for the conduct of a regular election for Village officers. SECTION EIGHr: This Ordinance shall be in full force end effect from and after its passnge, approval and publication in the mmner provid8d by law.
