ORDINANCE NO. 2006
AN ORDINANCE REOUESTING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE
VILLAC,E OF MOUNT PROSPF.CT
HHEREAS, the followinp described territory is not within the
corporate limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the Villare of
Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the territory hereinafter described contains no tract of
land in excess of ten (10) acres in area which is included in the area
without the express consent of the owners thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the coroorate authorities of the
Village of Mount Prospect to annex the territory hereinafter described to
the Village of Mount Prospect:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That it is the desire of the corporate authorities
of the Villape of Mount Prospect to annex the territory lerally described as:
Parcel One: Annen and Busse's Bel Aire Estates, being
a subdivision of part of the Illest half (IV 1/2)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 14,
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Princi~al Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Also,
Parcel Two: The North 100 feet and the West 160 feet of the
East 210 feet of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4)
of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 14,
Townshio 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Also,
Parcel Three: The West 160 feet of the East 210 feet of the
Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SF, 1/4) of Section 14, Township 41 North,
Ranre 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.
Also,
Parcel Four: The East 50 feet of the East half (El/2) of
the Southeast quarter (SF, 1/4), except the North
100 feet, of Section 14, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.
Also,
Parcel Five: The East 480.08 feet of the North 100 feet of the
West half (W 1/2) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4)
of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County
Illinois.

SECTION TWO: It is hereby requested that the property herein-
above described be annexed to the Village of Mount Prospect, and it is
also requested that the Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County submit
the question of annexation of subject territory to the electors of said
unincorporated territory as hereinabove described.
SECTION THREE: That the Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook
County is hereby requested to enter an order fixing the time for the
hearing on said Ordinance in the manner provided by law.
SECTION fOUR: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passape and approval in the manner prescribed by law.
