numbering of proposed ordinances to the Boa~i of Trustees; and

approved by the Board of Trustees imrrediately after the passap:e of
0rdinance No. 1199; and
v.,T}.iIPE/\S, subsequent ordinances have been passed based
bearing consecutive numbers based on 0rdinance No. 2000; and
\diEREAS, the Roam of Trustees have never adopted ordinances
bearing the numbers 1200 throuF':h 1009;
