AN ORDINANCE DEIErING "SCHOOLS" FROM ELECTION DAYS UNDER
LIQUOR LICENSE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VIILAGE OF MOUNI' PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, IILINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 13.119 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting from said
Section 13.119 the word "school" from the second line thereof, so that the
said Section 13.119 shall be and read as follows:
Section 13.119 Election Days. No person shall sell at
retail any alcoholic liquor on the day of any National,
State, County, or Municipal election, including primary
elections during the hours the polls are open within
the political area in which such election is being held.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval ani publication in the rranner prescribed
by law.
