AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.510 - 'IWO HOUR PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF M:>UNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY t ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.510 of the Mmicipal Code of the
Village of rvbunt Prospect of 1957. as amended. is hereby further amended. by
inserting the following "except on the northerly curb from Central Road
southeasterly to Elmhurst Avenue" after the phrase "along both curbs of
Prospect Avenue from Central Road southeasterly to Pine Street". so that
the amended Section 18.510 with respect to Prospect Avenue from Central
Road southeasterly to Pine Street shall be and read as follows:
Section 18.510: Along both curbs of Prospect Avenue from
Central Road southeasterly to Pine Street except the
northerly curb from Central Road southeasterly to
Elmhurst Avenue.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
