ORDINANCE NO. 2039
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.204 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT J ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENr AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT J ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 18204 of Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto three new subsections to Section 18.204 entitled "Prohibited Turns"
so that said new subsections of Section 18.204 shall be and read as
follows:
Section 18.204:
(5) No northwestbound traffic on Rand Road shall turn
left into Elmhurst Road.
(6) No southbound traffic on Elmhurst Road shall turn
left into Kensington Road.
(7) No eastbound traffic on Kensington Road shall turn
left into Rand Road.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided
by law.
