SECI'ION ONE: That members of the Village of Mmmt Prospect Architectural Com-
misslon9 Board of Appeals9 Board of the Firemen's Pension Fund~ Board of FIre
and Police Commissioners j Board of Health" Board of Libr8J'Y Directors $ Board of
Local Improvements J Board of PoUce Pension Fund~ Des Plaines -- J\rl:Lngton
Heifpts -- I'Ilolmt Prospect -- Palatine Comrrd.ssion>> Drainagr,e and Clean Streams
Commissionll Electrical Comnissionll Industrial Development ,md Economic Corn-

Fire Departrr.ent II and Youth Corrrnission; Disabled Veterens of the Armed Services
of the United States of Arrerica; employees and officials of the Village of
Mount Prospect.; and employees of the I'Ilount Prospect Public Library shall receive
a Mount Prospect motor vehicle license sticker or plate without payment of the
fee therefor established under Chapter 17 of the rJfun:icipe.l Code of r'bunt Prospect
of 1957 II ElS 81rendedll subject to the conditions set forth below in SECI'IOK 'I'HRt':E
of this Resolution.
SECI'ION TVJO: That the Village of Mount Prospect.\l the :f'iTount Prospect Park Dis-
tr'i'ct ~ and' School Districts 57 end 21LJ shall be issued Mount Prospect motor veh-
icle license stickers or plates for each vehicle o'A'Ded and operated by such gov-
ernmental body II provided such vehicle is registered vlithin the corporate limits
of the Village of Mount Prospect. Upon the receipt of such Hcense for such
vehicle by such governmental agency II no fee as established under the aformention-
ed Chapter 17 shall be paid therefor.
SECI'ION THHEE: That no individual or Derson shall receive a motor vehicle li-
cense sticker or plate without charp;e ~ provided in this Heso lut ion ~ unless
such person resides within the corporate limits of the Village of I'iTount Prospect
and the motor vehicle for which the license sticker or plate is issued is regis-
tered to an address within the corporate lirrrtts of the said Village. no person
shallll by virtue of this m~solution.\l receive more than one such motor vehicle
license sticker or plate.
SECrION FOUH: That Resolution No . 27-65>> 2nd all prtor resolutlons of the
PreSident 2nd Board of Trustees of the Villa.rre of T/[ol.1Dt Prospect conflictinr:
herewith~ be~ and they hereby are~ repealed.
SECI'ION FIVE:' That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
