RESOLUTION NO. 19-70
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NUl'-TI3ER OF OFFICERS AND MElvIBERS
OF THE FIRE DEP ARI'MENT OF THE VILLAGE OF r,IOUNT PROSPECT
l~REASj pursuant to Section 4.901 of the rfunicipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957 j as amended) the President and Board of Trustees
shall designate by resolution the number of officers and firefighters
of the Fire Department of the Village of flount Prospect; and
1AIHEREAS, the Fire and Police Committee of the President and Board of
Trustees has recommended to the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect the increase of the Fire Department
personnel by three (3); and
~VHEREAS) the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect have determined that the Fire Department should be
increased accordingly and that all prior Resolutions previously
adopted pertaining to the complement of Fire Department personnel
should be repealed~ and a new Resolution adopted establishing the
number and rank of officers and members of the Fire Department;
NOvJ, THEREFORE, BE IT PESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSlli"'ES
OF THE VILLAGE OF fJIOU1\1T PROSPECT)} COOK COUNTY 3> ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That, pursuant to Section 4.901 of the f'1unicipal Code
of the Village of Hount Prospect of 1957, as amended, there is
hereby authorized (under the jurisdiction of the Board of Fire and
Police Commissioners of the Village of Mount Prospect) for the
Fire Department of the Village of Mount Prospect , Cook County,
Illinois, the following personnel:

SECTION T1^JO: That all prior Resolutions designating Fire Department
personnel be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner pro-
vided by law.
