RESOLUTION NO. 15-71
A RESOLU'I'ION OF APPRECIATION FOR THE SERvICE EXTENDED BY ROBERI' E. SODEF1.'!AN
VlHEREAS, ROBERT E. SODERMAN has devoted his time, experience l' knowledge l'
and dedication to the position of serving in the elected office of Villap'e
Trustee of the Village of Mount Prospect from January, 1969 to May 4, 1971;
and
\-JHEREAS l' ROBERT E. SODERNI\J\J served unselfiShly and diligently on various
Committees composed of the elected Village Trustees, and also served
previously as Chairrr.an of the Board of Local Improvements from Auvust,
1957 to Janu~y, 1969; and
~\1HEHEAS, the Village of Mount Prospect has been vreatly enhanced by the
knowledp:e and concentrated efforts expended by ROBERT E. SODErMAN in the
performance of his qosition as Village Trustee, expecially ~'lith respect to
accomplisr~ents too many to enillnerate herein; and
\I)}IEFEAS $ the residents of the Village of Mount Prospect are deply indebted
to ROBERT E. SODEru!~N for his distinguished service to our Village; and
(iJHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
desire to express to ROBERI' E. SODERlvf.AN on behalf of all of the residents of
the Village their p-ratitude to him for his dedicated and distinguished ser-
vice to the Village;
NOlo!" THEREFORE, BE Yi' RESOLVED BY TIm PR&'SIDEI\iT .AND BOARD OF TRUSTFES OF
THE VILLAGE OF riDUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SEC'l'ION ONE: That by this Hesolution the President and Board of lI'rustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect express to ROBERI' E. SODEPriffiN their deep
gratitude for his dedicated, faithful, and constructive service as an
elected officail, Village Trustee, of the Village of r10unt Prospect.
SECTION TilO: That a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the rrinutes of
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect as a perpetual rrerD-
ento and that a certified copy of same be suitably engraved upon parcb..ment
and de livered to ROBERT E. SODEPJ^"TftJJ.
BE IT FURTHER PESOLVT..2D) that this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by
law.
