A RESOLurION ESTABLISHING SALARIES IN THE FIRE .AND POLICE DEPARrfENTS

vJHEREAS $ on Ma,y 5, 1970 ~ the President and Board of'Trustees of the Villa~
of fllount Prospect adopted Resolution 8-70 establishing the salaries of fire
captain $ police lieutenants, fire lieutenants ~ pOlice sergeants II pOlicerrent.$
police investigators II youth officers $ and policevwman ~ firemen ~ and fireman-
mechanic; and
WHEREP.s $ it is nO'\li the desire and determination of this Board to change the
provisions of said Resolution 8-70;
NOH II THEREFOPE II BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT J.\IIJD BOAHD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF rJIOUNT PROSPECT ~ COOK COUNTY II IlLINOIS:
SEqr'IO'J Q\ffi: That said Fesolution 8-70" passed and adopted on flJay 5 II 1970 ~
is herein repealed and superceded by this Resolution.
SECTION TlNO: BE IT FURrHER RESOLVED that e ffecti ve rJIay 1.$ 1971, the annual
salary for' fire captain shall be $1611596.00.
SEGrION THREE: BE IT FtrrID-IER RESOLVED that effective IVla.v 1, 1971~ the annual
salary of poiice lieutenants shall be $1511319.00. . .
SECTIO\j FOUR: BE IT FURl'HER RESOLVED that effective f'1a,y I, 1971,$ the annual
salary for police sergeaYlts shall be $1411043.00.
SECTION FIVE: BE IT FURrHER RESOLVED that effective f1a,y 1$ 1971, the annual
salary'"for-fire lieutenants shall be $14ll681.00.
SECTIQ'J SIX: BE IT FURTIlER RESOLVED that effective f1a,y I, 1971$ the armual
