RESOLUTICN 21-71
A RESOLU'I'ION ENDORSING THE COMHUNITY ACTION PLAN
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook, State of
Illinois, does have operating within its boundries a not-for-profit
corporation called the Community Action Plang and
HHEREAS, that not-for-profit corporation is formed of citizens of
110unt Prospect interested in the health and well being of all persons
within our corr..munity; and
~nlEREAS, the persons involved are doing so without remuneration or
salary; and
vITIEREAS, community involvement such as this is a tribute to Mount
Prospect and its citizens; and
WHEREAS, the programs are of a scope to allow the participation of the
entire community, and
~nIEREAS, the total involvement of the entire community is vital to
its success;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT &~D BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS~
SECTION ONE: That we \'lholeheartedly support and endorse the MounJc
Prospect Community A.ction Plan and strongly urge the citizens of
Mount Prospect to support its worthwhile programs with their time
and financial assistanceQ
SECTION TWO: That t.his Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
