A G R E E MEN T
This Agreement made and entered into this 5th day of Octo-
ber, 1971, by and between the VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, a munici-
pal corporation of the State of Illinois, hereinafter referred to
as the VILLAGE, and CHARLES GREENSLADE and VIOLETE.
GREENSLADE, his wife, of 904 Tower Drive, Mount Prospect, Illinois,
hereinafter referred to as the PETITIONERS, upon the mutual cove-
nants and considerations expressed hereto:
WITNESSETH:
1. Being fully aware that the PETITIONERS have no owner-
ship or control over the right-of-way parkway abutting their
property, commonly known as the said 904 Tower Drive, which right-
of-way parkway is located parallel to the abovementioned property
and the improved street known as Tower Drive, all owned by the
VILLAGE, the VILLAGE agrees to pass Resolution NO.~71, of which
this Agreement is a part, granting the PETITIONERS the license to
go upon the property described in the said Resolution for the pur-
poses of erecting an automatic lawn sprinkler system thereon.
2. The PETITIONERS agree to indemnify and do hereby at all

times save the said VILLAGE free, clear and harmless from all loss, _
cost, and expense of and from all claims, demands, and actions and?
causes of action resulting from or which may result from damage
to the said sprinkler system hereafter erected or extended upon

the above right-of-way resulting from the use by the said VILLAGE,
its agents and/or representatives, of the said right-of-way.
3. It is further agreed, upon title to the said 904 Tower
Drive being transferred by the PETITIONERS to a third party or
upon any other divesting of PETITIONERSI title to the said 904
Tower Drive properties, that title to the said automatic lawn

sprinkler system existing upon the said right-of-way parkway shall
automatically vest in the name of the VILLAGE.
