RESOLUTION NO.
38-71
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREED ORDER CONTAINING
A CONTRACT FOR FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE TO THOSE AREAS WITHIN THE
FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
SECTION ONE: That the President of the Board of Trustees of the Village
Attorney of the Village of Mount Prospect be and they are hereby
authorized to sign the Agreed Order in a certain lawsuit entitled
"IN THE MATTER OF A PETITION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS" and numbered 71 CO 0526, a cOPy^,of which Order is
made a part hereof and attached hereto as Exhibit L\.
SECTION TWO: That the President of the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect is hereby authorized to sign and the Village Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest the Agreement between the Forest River Fire
Protection District and the Village of Mount Prospect for fire protec-
tion services, which is attached as Exhibit B to the said Exhibit/\
~
hereto.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
