A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A JOINT COMPUTER SYSTEMS
AGREn~ENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Mayor of the Village of Mount Prospect
is hereby authorized to sign and the Village Clerk of the Vil-
lage of Mount Prospect is hereby authorized to attest the ag-
greement attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit I,
which agreement shall regulate the Joint Computer System par-
ticipated in by the Villages of Mount Prospect and Arlington
Heights and the Cities of Des Plaines and Park Ridge.
SECTION TWO: That the said agreement shall be binding upon
the signatories thereto and upon their successor municipal
authorities for the periods of time set forth herein.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law.
