RESOLUTION NO. 15-72
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the County of Cook proposes
to develop and administer a low-rent housing project or pro-
jects designed for the elderly to consist of approximately
250 dwelling units; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect desires to enter into
a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of the
County of Cook, in connection with such project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Village of Mount Prospect shall enter
into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of
the County of Cook in substantiallY the form attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof as Exhiblt I.
SECT~ON TWO: That the Village Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute six copies of said
Cooperation Agreement, in behalf of said Village and that
the Vi11age ClerK is hereby authorizea and directed to affix
tne Corporate Seal of said Village thereon and to attest tne
same.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect immediately and upon its passage and approval in
~he manner provided by law.
