RESOLUTION NO. 20-72
RESOLUTION OF CONGRATULATIONS - PADDOCK PUBLICATIONS
WHEREAS, Paddock Publications is celebrating its lOOth year of
public service to Mount Prospect and the majority of its neighbor-
ing communities; and
WHEREAS, Paddock Publications has -- during the past 100 years
been the recipient of numerous awards attesting the excellence
of its news coverage and other facets of journalism;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Paddock Publications be officially congratula-
ted for a century of increasingly progressive journalism which
greatly benefits local government by prompt and accurate report-
in g.
SECTION TWO: That a copy of this Resolution be extended to
Paddock Publications as a token of the esteem in which this organ-
ization is held by the elected officials and appointed employees
of this municipality.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner pro-
vided by law.
