RESOLUTION NO. 35-72
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
ABID FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, it is desirous that Illinois Route 83, between
Evergreen Street and Central Road, be improved to facilitate the
safe and efficient movement of traffic; and
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois and the Federal Government,
through its TOPICS Program, will participate in such improvements; and
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois has approved the low bid of
$249,976.89 submitted by Glaze Construction Company for construction
of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect concur in the acceptance of the low bid of
$249,976.81 submitted by Glaze Construction Company for road construc-
tion under the TOPICS Program.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by law.
