A RESOLUTION NOTING THE PASSING OF
ALVIN KULIEKE
WHEREAS, ALVIN KULIEKE served as Principal of Prospect
High School since it opened in 1957, and
WHEREAS, ALVIN KULIEKE
joined High School District
214 as a science teacher in 1946, and served as Science De-
partment Chairman at Arlington High School prior to that
time, and
WHEREAS, ALVIN KULIEKE was dedicated to the field of
education and development of the minds of the youth of the
community; and
WHEREAS, we as Mayor and Trustees are conscious of
the many and lasting contributions he has made to the orderly
development of the school system and the community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE:
That there be public acknowledgment of
the unselfish service of the departed ALVIN KULIEKE, and
that this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO:
That the sympathy of the Village be
hereby expressed to the family of ALVIN KULIEKE and that a
copy of this Resolution be forwarded to them.
SECTION THREE:
That this Resolution be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law.
