ORDINANCE NO. 4758
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3323 AND 3407
DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE JOINT ACTION WATER AGENCY
(JAWA) FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect is a member of the Northwest Suburban
Joint Action Water Agency (JAWA) as authorized by Ordinance No. 3051; and
WHEREAS, the Joint Action Water Agency Agreement and By-Laws require
designated representation on the Executive Committee of said Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: The SECTION FOUR of Ordinance No. 3323 was amended by
Ordinance No. 3407 and said Ordinance No. 3323 is hereby further amended by
deleting the appointment of Herbert L. Weeks as Alternate Member of the Executive
Committee of the Joint Action Water Agency and substituting therefor Glen Andler,
Director of Public Works, as the designated Alternate Member of the Executive
Committee of said Agency.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
