RESOLUTION NO. 27-73
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 24- 68
WHEREAS, it is the duty of the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect to
make and publish certain legal notices pursuant to the ordinances of the Village
of Mount Prospect and the statutes of the State of Illinois made and provided;
and
WHEREAS, these said notices must be published notwithstanding labor disputes,
strikes, paper shortages, etc.; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
deem it necessary for the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect to
use his discretion as to which of the various newspapers having general circula-
tion within the corporate limits of the Village of Mount Prospect shall print
said legal notices;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Resolution No. 24-68 be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
