RESOLUTION NO. q -1 i.
A RESOLUTION OF CONGRATULATIONS TO THE HERSEY HIGH SCHOOL
HUSKIES BASKETBALL TE~~
WHEREAS, the Hersey High School Basketball Team -- the Huskies
have convincingly demonstrated their sports ability by winning
Super-Sectional and Elite 8 honors in State and regional Class ~~
competition; and
vlliEREAS, this is the first time Hersey High School has received
such recognition; and
;~HEREAS, the tefu~ls action has brought glory and recognition to
the school and the towns from which its student body is drawn;
NOW, THEPBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hayor and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, that
the Huskies Basketball Team, Captain Dave Corzine, and Coach
Roger Steingraber be extended official and hearty congratulations
on their achievement.
BE IT FU??HER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be given
to the Team and to the Hersey High School Athletic Departoent.
