RESOLUTION NUMBER 13-74
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR
FOR 1974-75
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2342,
which set the finances of the Village under the "Budget
,Officer System"; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid Ordinance and the statutes
of the State of Illinois made and provided, an annual bud-
get shall be passed by the corporate authorities of the Vil-
lage of Mount Prospect in lieu of the passage of any appro-
priation ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect have held all of the hearings and caused to
be made all of the publications and notices required by
law; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect have reviewed the budget for the fiscal
1974-75 as presented by the Village Manager and his duly
appointed Budget Officer; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect believe the aforesaid budget proposed for
fiscal 1974-75 to be in the best interests of the Village
of Mount Prospect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the fiscal 1974-75 budget for the Village
of Mount Prospect, Illinois, attached hereto and hereby
made a part hereof as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby
adopted and approved.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law.
