SECTION ONE: That pursuant -to Section 1. of the :i.pal
Code of 19G1 {Illinois Revised Statuteso Chapter 24)0 request
hereby made to the Planning Corrrrnission of the llage o:E I\10unt
iProspect to prepare the Comprehensive Amendment to the official
'Comprehensive Plan and make recorrmendations and report on same
with ninety (90) days of the date hereof. l~ copy of the proposed
Comprehensive _~mendment to the official Comprehensive Plan has
been drafted by the Adhoc Comprehensive 11age Plan Coromitteec
is attached heretoe and is hereby made a hereof as Exhibit A
for consideration and recOlnmendation of the Planning C01l1mission
