ORDINANCE NO. 4807
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2004.B entitled "Yield Signs" of Chapter 18 of the
Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended to add in
proper alphabetical sequence Pine Street - North and Southbound - Thayer Ave.; so that
hereafter said Section 18.2004.B of Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect
shall include the following:
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement At Intersection With
Pine St. North and Southbound Thayer Ave. "
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
AYES: CIowes, Corcoran, Hendricks, Skowron
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Hoefert, Wilks
