ORDINANCE NO. 4802
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 ENTITLED
"LICENSES AND PERMITS" OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Article II entitled "Issuance" of Chapter 10 (Licenses and Permits)
of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto Section 10.205 entitled "Display License"; so that hereafter said Section
13.102.E shall be and read as follows:
" Sec. i0.205. Display Ucense. All licenses and permits issued pursuant
to this Chapter 10 shall be displayed in a prominent place and
visible to patrons and/or representatives of the Village."
SECTON TWO: That this Ordinance shall be !n full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
