EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION: Fire Department F. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) (Exhibit A) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance deletes two (2) Class "R" Liquor Licenses (Restaurant only) Marisqueria Flamingos Seafood, 1590 South Busse Road and Taqueria Fiesta Restaurant, 1802 South Elmhurst Road. G. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) (Exhibit B) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance adds one (1) Class "S" Liquor License (Restaurant with Lounge) Marisqueria Flamingos Seafood, 1590 South Busse Road. PZ-26-06, 1800 South Elmhurst Road, Amcore Bank 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1800 SOUTH ELMHURST ROAD This ordinance allows the construction of a bank with drive-thru lanes. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit C) B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE (Exhibit D) MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance implements components of the Village's new "Residential Intersection Traffic Control" program and the "Residential Speed Limit" program for Zone 7 and Zone 13. XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Purchase of prisoner transport vehicle. 1. Request Village Board approval to ratify purchase of (1) 2007 - Ford F350 4X2 cab and chassis in an amount not to exceed $20,825. (State of Illinois bid purchase/vehicle order deadline with state was October 15, 2006.) 2. Request Village Board approval to waive bid process and ratify purchase of one (1) Mavron three (3) door prisoner transport module (Model #PTM-84-1196-3) in an amount not to exceed $38,561. B. *Request Village Board approval of 2006-2007 Road Salt Contract- State Bid Acceptance C. *Request for Village Board approval to reject sealed bids for Public Works Exterior Wall Sealing not to exceed $20,000.
