RESOLUTION NO. 9-76
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
I WITH THE ELK GROVE RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT .

~lfHEREAS' the Administration of the Village of Mount Prospect has reviewed the
.ontract with the Elk Grove Rural Fire Protection District for the calendar year
f 1976; and

i HEREAS, the said Administration has recommended to the Mayor and Board of
rustees of the Village of Mount Prospect the adoption of the said agreement; and
HEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
scertained that entry into this agreement is for the best interests of the Village of
ount Prospect;
TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
F THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
ECTION ONE: That the President of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
rospect is hereby authorized to sign and the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount

rospect is hereby authorized to attest the agreement for rural fire protection made
! part hereof and attached hereto as Exhibit I.
ECTION TWO: That the said agreement shall effective retroactively from Janu-
ry 1, 1976, and shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their successors

fhrough December 31, 1976.

. ECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
ts passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
