RESOLUTION NO. 6-76
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 28-75
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That SECTION ONE of Resolution No. 28-75 be and the same is here-
by amended in its entirety by inserting the words "Volunteer Fire Department" in
alphabetical order, so that hereafter SECTION ONE of Resolution No. 28-75 shall be
and read as follows:
"
SECTION ONE: That members of the Village of Mount Prospect Bicentennial
Commission, Board of Firemens' Pension Fund, Board of Fire and Police Com-
missioners, Board of Health, Board of Library Directors, Board of Local Im-
provements 'c Boar<!lof Police Pension Fund, Community Services and Mental
Health Commission, Des Plaines - Arlington Heights - Mount Prospect - Pala-
tine Commission, Disabled Veterans of the Armed Services of the United
States of America, Drainage and Clean Streams Commission, Electrical Com-
mission, Finance Commission, Insurance Commission, Planning Commission,
Safety Commission, Volunteer Fire Department, and Zoning Board of Appeals. '
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
