RESOLUTION NO. 1 4 - 7 5
ARESOLUTIONAOOPrING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR
1975- 1976

REAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
assed and approved Ordinance No. 2342, which set the finances of the Village
der the "Budget Officer System"; and
REAS, pursuant to the aforesaid Ordinance and the statutes of the State of
llinois made and provided, an annual budget shall be passed by the corporate
uthorities of the Village of Mount Prospect in lieu of the passage of any
ppropriation ordinance; and

REAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
eld all of the hearings and caused to be made all of the publications and
otices required by law; and ' ,
REAS, .the Mayor and Board of :rrustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
eviewed the budget for the fiscal 1975 - 76 as presented by the Village Manager
d his duly appointed Budget Officer; and
REAS, the Mayor and Board 'of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect believe
e aforesaid budget proposed for fiscal 1975 - 76 to be in the best interests of
e Village of Mount Prospect;
W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
CTION ONE: That the fiscal 1975 - 76 budget for the Village of Mount
ospect, Illinois, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A,
and the same is hereby adopted and approved.
CTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
ter ~ts passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
