RESOLUTION NO. 2 5 - 7 5
A RESOLUTION AUfHORIZING .AN AD-IDC ffi1MISSION
RELATIVE TO '!HE PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES WITHIN
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF McrJNT PROSPECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNfPROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECrION ONE: That, with the advice" and counsel of the Board of Trustee's,
the Village President be and he is hereby authorized to appoint an Ad-Hoc
Connnission of at least 21 members representing the connmmity at large, to
serve without compensation in liaison with the Judiciary Committee of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect for the purposes of:
1. Making or causing to be made studies and surveys of
connmmi ty conditions and problems concerned with the
ownership of recreational vehicles of all types.
2. Determining a method of operation and organization in
Motmt Prospect that will encourage, promote and pre-
serve wholesome and constructive attitudes and practices
towards the maintenance of recreational vehicles
including campers, trailers, and boats.
3. Recommending plans and action for the protection of
all the citizenry from any potentially harmful
influences and conditions that arise or that may
arise from the use, maintenance, and/or parking of
recreational vehicles within the Village of Mount
Prospect.
SECTION ThD: That, by January 1, 1976, said Ad-Hoc Connnission shall submit
a comprehensive report of its conclusions and detenninations together with it
recommendations to the Village President and Board of Trustees.
SECTION lliREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided
by law.
