RESOLUTION NO. 28-75
A RESOllJTION AMENDING RESOllJTION NO. 27-75
BE IT RESOLVED BY TI:IE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSfEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
IDUNf PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That SECTION ONE be and the same is hereby amended in its
ent~rety by inserting the words "Bi -Centemria1 Commission" in alphabetical
order therein so hereafter said SECTION ONE of Resolution No. 27-75 shall
hereafter be and read as follows:
"SECTION ONE: That members of the Village of MotDlt Prospect
B~-Centenn~a1 Connnission, Board of Firemens' Pension FtDld,
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, Board of Health,
Board of Library Directors, Board of Local Improvements,
Board of Police Pension FtDld, Des P1aines - Arlington Heights -
MOtDlt Prospect - Palatine Connnission, Drainage and Clean
Streams Connnission, Electrical Connnission, Finance Commission,
Insurance Commission, Planning Commission, Safety Commission,
and Conmnmity and Mental Health Commission, Disabled Veterans
of the Armed Services of the United States of American, and
the MotDlt Prospect Zoning Board of Appeals shall receive a
Mount Prospect motor vehicle license sticker or plate without
payment of the fee therefor established under Chapter 17 of
the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect .of-1957, as amended,
subject to the conditions set forth below in SECTION THREE
of this Resolution."
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
