RESOLUTION NO. 38-76
A RESO]~UTION AUTHORIZING THE pLANNING COMMISSION
TO REVIEW THE 1976 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE
VILLAGE OF IvIOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR .AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That pursuant to Section 11-12-7 of the Municipal Code
of 1961 (Illinois Revised Statutes. Chapter 24), request is hereby made to
the Planning Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect to prepare an
Amendment to the 1976 Official Comprehensive Plan and make recommendations
and report on same within ninety (90) days hereof. A copy of the proposed
Amendment to the 1976 Official Comprehensive Plan has been drafted by the
Business District Development and Redevelopment Commission is attached
hereto and is hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A for consideration and
recommendation of the Planning Commission thereon.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage. approval, and publication in the manner provided
by law.
