10-77
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL
BUDGET, 1977 - 1978
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
passed and approved Ordinance No. 2342, which set the finances of the Village
I under the "Budget Officer System"; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid Ordinance and the statutes of the State of
Illinois made and provided, an annual budget shall be passed by the corporate
,authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect in lieu of the passage of any
II appropriation ordinance; and
II WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
Ii held all of the hearings and caused to be made all of the publications and
II notices required by law; and
I, WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
I reviewed the budget for fiscal 1977-78 as presented by the Village Manager and
his duly appointed Budget Officer; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
I believe the aforesaid budget proposed for fiscal 1977-78 to be in the best
interests of the Village of Mount Prospect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
,I VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: I

SECTION ONE: That the fiscal 1977-78 budget for the Village of Mount Prospect, i
Illinois, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, be and th~
same is hereby adopted and approved. 1

II SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
I after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
