RESOLUTION NO. 29-77
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 23-77
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
passed and approved Ordinance No. 2342, which set the finances of the Village
under the "Budget Officer System "; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid Ordinance and the statutes of the State of
Illinois made and provided, an annual budget for 1977-78 was passed by the corpor tc
authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect by Resolution 10-77 on April 26, 1977;
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have
determined not to make certain budgetary transfers and additions to the aforesaid
budget for 1977-78 (involved with the Blood Donor Program)--contrary to the
action of the said Mayor and Board of Trustees taken in Resolution 23-77 passed
and approved on the 7th day of June, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
believe that it is in the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect not to make
the changes indicated in Resolution 23-77 aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Resolution 23-77 , passed and approved on the 7th day of June,
1977, be and the same is hereby amended; so that hereafter the pertinent sections
concerning the Blood Donor Program of the budget involved with Resolution 23-77
aforesaid, shall remain as originally budgeted under Resolution 10-77, as follows:

SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
