ORDINANCE NO. 2093
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.1912 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
NOW, THEREFORE j BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VIILAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, IlLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957 as amended
is hereby further amended s07,that subsection (a) of Section 15.1912 shall
be and read as follows:
tI (a) Prevailing Rates Within the Village Limits of Mount Prospect
are as follows:
(1) 454: for the first two-fifths of a mile or fraction thereof
for one passenger;
(2) 104: for each additional one-fifth mile or fraction thereof
for one passenger;
(3) 104: for each one and one-half minute waiting time or traffic
delay;
(4) 104: for each additional passenger above the age of twelve
years for the entire trip;
(5) 254: service change is added to the above rates for parcel
delivery and the handling of all items other than normal
luggage ;
(6) 504: service charge is added to the above rates for all trips
which do not originate or terminate within the Village limits
of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication in the manner prescribed by law.
