ORDINANCE NO. 2109
AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING SECTIONS 13.106, 13.107, and 13.114.1 OF THE MOUNT
PROSPECT MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNr PROSPECT:
SECTION 1: rrbat Section 13.106 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto;
an additional pa.ra.graph to read as follows:
"Class R" license, for issuance to restaurants, which shall
authorize the license to sell and offer for sale at retail for
consumption on the premises where sold.
(1) Consumption at or over a bar is specifically prohibited
and any consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be
limited to those patrons who are dining in such
restaurant.
(2) rrbe annual fee therefor shall be $1,000.00.
SECTION 2: rrbat Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended to provide for the
issuance of one Class "R" liquor license so that said Section 13.107 shall
be and read as follows:
"rrbere shall be issued in the Village of Mount Prospect no roore than:
(a) Four (4) Class A Licenses
(b) Seven (7) Class B Licenses
(c) Nine (9) Class C Licenses
Cd) One (1) Class D License
(e) One (1) Class M License
(f) One (1) Class R License"
SECTION 3: That paragraph A of Section 13.114.1 of the Municipal
Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended by
deleting the words, "Class "G" or", and adding the words, "or Class "R""
after the words "Class "G"" so that said Section 13.114.1 shall thereafter be
and read as follows:
"A. On all premises for which Class A, Class B, Class C, Class M, 0
Class R licenses have been issued, there shall be no mechanical
pinball machine or device operated in said premises provided, howeve ,
that cigarette and candy dispensing machines are permitted."
SECTION 4: rrbat this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided
by law.
