AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #2031
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRFSIDENr AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That Section 4 of Ordinance #2031 granting a side yard
requirement variation on property located at 811 W. Milburn, Mount Prospect,
Illinois, be and is hereby amended by deleting from the said Section the
words "one year" 9Ild substituting therefore the words "eig-.,hteen (18) months"

so that the said Section 4 shall be and read as follows:
"SECTION 4 That the variation granted by this Ordinance shall be
null and void and of no force and effect whatsoever unless an
application for a building permit pursuant to such variations is
made and construction commenced within eighteen (18) months of
the date said Ordinance becomes effective. II
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
