ORDINANCE NO. 2045
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CRAPIER 15. SECTION 15.1904 "NUMBER OF CABS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VIlLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SEarION 1: That Chapter 15, Section 15.1904 "Ntunber of Cabs" of
the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is
hereby further amended by the deletion of the word "ten (10)" and the
insertion of the word "fifteen (15)", so that Chapter 15, Section 15.1904
shall hereafter be and read as follows:
Section 15.1904 - Number of Cabs:
The number of cabs for which licenses may be issued to
operate within the Village is hereby determined to be
fifteen (15).
SECTION 2: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner prescribed
by law.
