ORDINANCE NO. 2046
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPrER 18. SECTION 18.321 "RECKLESS DRIVING"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VIILAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 18, Section 18.321 "Reckless Driving" of
the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended,
is hereby further amended by deleting Section 18.321 in its entirety, and
a new Section 18.321 "Reckless Driving" be adopted, so that Chapter 18,
Section 18.321 "Reckless Driving" shall be and read as follows:
SECTION 18.321 Reckless Driving:
Any person who drives any vehicle in the corporate limits
of the Village of Mount Prospect with a wilful or a wanton
disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of
reckless driVing.
SECTION 2 : That any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the:marmer prescribed by law.
